Orders over $90 will be delivered free. Orders under $90 will be delivered with flat fee of $15.
It all depends on your location in Canada. We send all items via Xpresspost. Under normal circumstances this takes twobusiness days. If you live in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge.We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Once the E-Transfer is sent, it may take up to 24 hours for us to process the payment. The E-Transfer will be pending until we can collect the funds sent by E-Transfer. Once the E-Transfer is received by us, we notify you by email and send you a tracking number once the order has been shipped to you..
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
No. We only ship within Canada.
If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to create a new order with us. We will then cancel the old order. Email us at [email protected] with your order number that you want cancelled. This will be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t shipped out yet.
